Office Coordinator

Hello, my name is Amanda, I am the office coordinator at Connections Family Counseling, LLC. I have been a stay-at-home mom of 4 children for the last 18 years. During that time I kept busy by homeschooling my children and volunteering at my church. I currently serve as the head volleyball coach for the Quincy Saints. In my free time, I enjoy listening to podcasts, walking with friends, and spending time with family.

My role at Connections Family Counseling is to assist with the “behind the scenes” details of your counseling experience. When you call the office for the first time I will walk you through the steps to schedule your first appointment. I will help you understand your mental health insurance benefits and identify the professional on staff that best fits you or your family’s needs. I will gather information that is required for billing or record keeping purposes and together, we will identify an appointment time that fits your schedule.

Once you have had your first appointment I will assist you with schedule changes, record requests, and billing questions. I will greet you when you enter the office and accept any sessions fees due at the time of service.

We know it can be difficult to begin the counseling journey so it is my goal to remove as many of the barriers as possible. Please let me know If there is anyway I can assist you in this process.

If you are ready to start the counseling process please call 217-231-1413.
